Project Overview
NRC WWS successfully completed a highly complex 200m inversion dual-bladder sluice liner installation in a single piece, using 3HT Magmaflex liners to restore a failing drainage system suffering from major infiltration issues.
This precision no-dig solution was executed with zero excavation, overcoming a challenging diameter transition while ensuring a seamless and structurally sound rehabilitation, installed via buried access points.
The Challenge
- Meticulous Preparation & Expertise: detailed site assessment ensured every potential issue was accounted for before installation.
- The pipeline transitioned from 150mm at a rodding eye for 95m, then increased to 225mm for a further 95m, complicating the liner installation.
- Severe infiltration throughout the pipeline posed a risk of failure if not properly sealed.
